The UVEX ULTRA BRAMBLE mat ski helmet is extremely elegant and extremely safe. Its hybrid construction combines two technologies. While the glossy inmould construction is extremely light, the matte hardshell construction is extremely strong and impact resistant.

The closable ventilation holes ensure perfect ventilation of the head. The inner anti-allergic lining is removable and can be washed. Thanks to the monomatic system, fastening the helmet straps is simple, fast and safe at the touch of a button. With the help of the IAS fit system, you can adjust the size of the helmet so that it fits firmly and comfortably on the head.

TECHNOLOGIES:

Hybrid:

Hybrid technology combines inmould and hardshell technologies. The helmet consists of a hard outer shell (ABS) and an inner EPS layer. An effective safety combination makes the helmet resistant to external impacts, and the inner layer absorbs them. The outer bottom edge is protected by a polycarbonate layer (PC).

IAS:

The sophisticated IAS system provides optimal helmet size adjustment for different head sizes and shapes by simply turning the adjustment wheel. The space inside the helmet adapts to the circumference of the head.

Headband holder:

uvex helmets provide greater comfort even in the smallest details: the integrated glasses holder ensures that the glasses are firmly held on the helmet in every situation.

Removable lining:

The uvex lining absorbs excess moisture, is anti-allergenic and can be easily removed for cleaning.

Vent system:

Specially designed ventilation channels draw in fresh air and exhaust warm air. This prevents unpleasant heat build-up inside the helmet.

FAS:

FAS is a quick adaptation system that forms a network of straps anchored inside the helmet. It enables a firmer and safer holding of the helmet on the head.

Monomatic:

Monomatic enables convenient and quick fastening or unfastening of the helmet strap by simply pressing a button, which can also be easily handled with one hand.

PC:

Polycarbonate - outer material of the helmet shell.

It is used in the inmould technology of the helmet: the EPS layer injected directly into the PC outer shell of the helmet forms a single unit, strong and resistant to point impacts. PC is a material that is strong and tough, highly resistant to cracking.

ABS:

ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) is an extremely strong and tough plastic with high resistance to pressure shocks, crack propagation and abrasion even at low temperatures. It resists atmospheric influences and UV radiation well. Its low thermal conductivity (no insulation is necessary) predetermines it for use in cold conditions.

EPS:

Inner material of the helmet.

The EPS protective material contains microscopic air chambers that effectively absorb impact forces during a fall. The EPS layer is injected directly into the outer shell of the helmet. A one-piece unit is created that protects the head from impact and dampens it.
